Online Grief Circle

An online Grief Tending Circle is a quiet hearth in a noisy world.

This is a space for every kind of grief. The grief we expect, and the grief that blindsides us. The old losses that still live in the body. The fresh ache of what has changed. The private sorrows we have never had words for. The grief for someone we love, for a version of life we thought we would have, for the state of the world, for what is ending, for what we are becoming.

You do not need to be “good” at sharing. You do not need a neat story, or an explanation that makes sense. You can come exactly as you are: tender, numb, angry, bewildered, relieved, messy, quiet. All of you is welcome.
