Do you feel
the call
to come home
to yourself?
If you do, I'm so glad you found your way here.
Perhaps you feel a quiet pull to turn inward. To take a different path.
Perhaps you're beginning to ask yourself who you really are and what you truly want.
Maybe, somewhere deep within, you sense that something is ready to be reclaimed.
I walk alongside women who are navigating life's thresholds, the moments of loss, of transition, of becoming.
Women who are waking up and finding their way back home to themselves.

I'm Charlotte
and I believe in the power of returning to ourselves
To our bodies.
To the earth.
To the parts of us we’ve hidden, silenced, or simply forgotten.
I believe there is wisdom in our longing.
That rest is sacred and necessary.
That grief is not a wound to close quickly, but a doorway to deeper belonging.
And that when women gather, something ancient begins to mend.
My work rests on the intersection of many things; grief and growth, stillness and movement, endings and becoming.
Through Somatic Coaching, Women’s Circles, Grief Tending, and EcoNIDRA, I offer spaces for women to slow down, feel deeply, and remember what they already know in their bones.
This is not self-improvement. This is soul-remembering.
A path home walked in bare feet, at the pace of your own deep calling.
If you’re feeling the pull to reclaim your aliveness,
to listen more closely to the whispers within
to rest, to root, to rise
You are so welcome here.

My Offerings

Somatic coaching is a body-based, earth-rooted approach to personal transformation.
Instead of engaging only with your thoughts, we bring gentle awareness to the body and its felt senses. This allows you to meet and move through any undigested life experiences that may be held in your body.

This is where you’ll find my current offerings, each rooted in care, slowness, and connection. My next in person Circle will be held in May, with more details shared soon. I also offer online grief tending Circles, creating gentle spaces to honour loss, listen deeply, and be held in community.
