MY MOTHER'S WHISPERS

The second I saw this piece by Palestinian artist @dana_barqawi, it took my breath away.

It speaks of indigenous motherhood and resistance—of lineages of women whispering ancient teachings into the ears of the mothers to come. Of tending to the land with babies at our sides. Of nourishment, resilience, and deep remembering.

It is also a reckoning—with colonialism and the wounds it carves across generations and land.

If it were for sale and I had the funds, I would buy it in a heartbeat and hang it proudly in my home.

It made me think of my Mum.
And my Nanny.
And my great granny Johnson.
And the land I was raised on in Lincolnshire.

I carry so much grief for what has been lost—but a deep gratitude for what still lives on.

It made me think of my ancestors, some of whom were Dutch. They came to Lincolnshire in the 1630s to drain the fens, turning ancient wetlands into farmland. This history lives in my bones too—of both belonging and the complicity of the assault on the land. To this day, I cannot bear to look at a flat landscape.

This artwork stirred something old in me. A memory that is not just personal, but ancestral.
A reminder that my body is an extension of my mother’s body.
That my love of the land is inherited.
That she is still with me—whispering, always.

IT IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL TO CREATE WITH OUR HANDS

I’ve been quietly searching for a creative hobby for a while now—something tactile and soulful, a way to get out of my head and into my body. I’ve tried a few things over the past couple of years, but this was my first go at glassblowing—and I’m hooked.

My husband bought me a workshop for Christmas two years ago, and for one reason or another, this was my fifth attempt at actually getting there. Life, eh? But it was worth the wait.

There’s something ancient and elemental about it. Fire, breath, movement, surrender. You can’t control the glass—you have to work with it. There’s a kind of alchemy in that dance: the heat, the spin, the shimmering unpredictability. And then, suddenly, you’re holding a form that didn’t exist before. Something fragile, beautiful, and entirely yours—including its wobbles and imperfections.

I was so excited to receive my finished glasses in the post today. I feel like a child bringing home a big creative project to show her parents 🤣

If you’re in or near Nottingham or Derby, I can’t recommend Johnathan at @lumsdaleglass enough. Patient, generous, and clearly so passionate about his craft—and his work is stunning.

BRAIDING SWEETGRASS

I haven't shared what I'm reading for a while so thought I'd remedy that with a post. I have had this book in my pile of books to read for a while but have only just picked it up. It's so beautifully written and is a tender and evocative read.

In the book, she shares the wisdom of Indigenous ways of knowing which is rooted in relationship, reciprocity, and reverence for the living world. More than anything, it's a remembering of how to belong - again

One line in particular has settled in my bones:

“The land knows you, even when you are lost.”

What a gift. To be known by the land even if you’ve forgotten how to know yourself.
To be held by something older than the systems that have disconnected us.

This book is not just a read—it’s a way of remembering the way back home. A guide back to a way of being that honours the earth as teacher, as relative, as sacred, as Kin.

It's certainly a book I'm going to re-read that's for sure.

THE POWER OF BEING WITNESSED

When was the last time you felt truly witnessed?

Not analysed.
Not fixed.
Not given advice.
Just witnessed — in your full, messy, beautiful humanness.

The truth is, many of us don’t make time to turn toward ourselves, let alone let someone else hold that sacred gaze with us.
We’re busy, overwhelmed, living in our heads.

HOPE AS RESISTANCE

Lately, I’ve been feeling… good.
Not in a shiny, everything’s-perfect kind of way, but in a quiet, embodied way.
Moments where I’ve felt my breath land deeper.
Where my body has felt like a place I can live in again.
Where something undigested has finally moved, softened, been met.

This is the fruit of slow, steady somatic work I've been doing.
Letting my body speak truths it has held for years.
Tending gently to the parts of me that were never given space to feel, to release, to digest.

And still…
It feels hard to feel good when so much of the world is aching.
When children are being buried beneath rubble.
When entire bloodlines are being erased.
When the grief feels so enormous it’s hard to know where to place it.

And then—
Today, I found a tiny baby bush cricket in my garden.
So delicate I almost missed it.
And yet, there it was: antennae trembling, lurid green legs poised - ready to retreat from my presence.

Our insect populations are in collapse.
And still, in suburban Nottingham, in this small patch of land I tend — life persists.
That cricket filled me with wonder and awe.
But more than that, it brought me something I’d almost felt too scared to acknowledge
Hope. I felt hopeful

There are those who would rather we didn’t feel it.
Who feed on our dismay.
Who count on us being too heartbroken to rise,
too overwhelmed to act,
too numb to notice the shimmer of life unfurling in the cracks.

But hope, when it’s rooted in love for this world,
is not flimsy or naive.
It is a fierce and rebellious thing.
A pulse that keeps us connected.
A thread that says — even now, especially now — stay with it.
Stay open.
Stay alive.

Because to feel wonder in a world like this is not betrayal —
it is a form of resistance.
A way of remembering what’s worth protecting.

My joy does not erase my heartbreak.
My healing does not mean I look away.
I am trying to live within the balance of these things.
To let my nervous system soften, not shut down.
To keep my heart open — to my own life, and to the lives of others.

This, too, is resistance.

The Sunday Sanctuary is a soft place to land at the end of the week. A gentle, nourishing space where you can exhale, drop your shoulders, connect with your heart, and remember what matters to you.

There is no pressure to perform, fix, or even speak. Just a warm virtual hearth to gather around — a place woven together with poetry, music, storytelling and the kind of quiet witnessing that lets the nervous system soften.

This space is just for you. A pause in the busyness. A breath between the pages. An hour or two where you don’t have to be anything other than who you are, however you are on that day.

We begin with a Circle — a time to settle, to be witnessed, to listen from the heart. When the Circle closes, I’ll guide you into a deeply restful EcoNIDRA practice. This is a nature-infused meditation where you’ll be gently invited to lie down, get cosy, and drift into a state of spacious calm. Nothing to do, nowhere to be. Just a slow unwinding, supported by the sounds of nature you’ll return to the quiet wisdom within.

Come in your comfies. Bring a blanket, a cuppa, and your
beautiful self.

GRIEF AND THE END OF WINTER

I’ve come to cherish winter with its invitation to slow down and rest deeply, but this one has felt especially long and especially dark. It’s a year now since I lost my Mum, which, in the landscape of grief, is no time at all. But this season of loss has been made heavier by what’s felt like a wet and light-starved winter that has pressed the air from my lungs and made the days feel heavy.

It feels as though winter has stretched itself across twelve long months, and I am now aching and ravenous for spring.

So, now, each time I catch sight of a snowdrop, or the green promise of a daffodil, or the sheer rhapsody of blossom beginning to whisper itself into being, something within me softens. My breath returns. If the sun graces me with her presence, I make a point of turning toward her, eyes closed, the corners of my mouth lifting, remembering, at last, what it is to smile.

Though this winter has been my heaviest in a long while, I haven’t walked it alone. For the past five months, I have warmed myself at the hearth of The Art of Grief Tending, a six-month apprenticeship in holding space for grief. What an honour and a privilege it has been to study with Nici Harrison @thegriefspace. I can’t quite put into words what a balm this training has been for my weary heart.

When we speak of grief, we often think of bereavement. But grief is a daily companion in the human experience, woven into endings, disappointments, and the quiet ache of what never came to be. It is vast, complex, and so often carried alone. In a world that has forgotten the village, we grieve in isolation. Grief tending offers an antidote to that.

As my training edges towards completion in April, I’ll be sharing more about grief—what it means to tend to it, to welcome it in community. ECONIDRA FUNDRAISER FOR SULALA ANIMAL RESCUE

I’m sure it hasn’t escaped you that we are living through some of humanity's darkest days. It would be easy to watch the news or ‘doom scroll’ on these squares and think that all hope is lost but good people are doing good work across the globe so I’m choosing to orient towards that, and I want to support those people as much as I can.

That’s why I’ve organised an EcoNIDRA fundraiser for the wonderful people who run @sulalaanimalrescue They have never stopped caring for the sick and injured animals of the Gaza Strip. Sa’ed and his team have put their lives at risk every day to help the animals of Gaza and I have come to have a huge amount of respect for them all. Sa’ed is an animal lover who has a kind and compassionate heart.

I will be holding an online EcoNIDRA session on Sunday 16th of March at 7pm to raise funds for Sulala. The event is now live on my site and all tickets are ‘pay what you feel’ with all of the proceeds going to Sulala Animal Rescue. You can buy a ticket via the link in my bio.

If you’re new to EcoNIDRA it’s often described as where Yoga Nidra and Forest Bathing meet. EcoNidra is more than just a meditation; it's a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. Studies have shown that just one session equals the rejuvenation of 3-4 hours of restful sleep. In each session, we travel together on a triple journey; the first is a journey into our senses, the second is a pilgrimage through our bodies and the third takes us into the natural world through a specially curated soundscape. The session will last for fifty minutes and will happen on Zoom. If you aren’t able to make the session live, a recording will be sent to everyone that signs up which also means you have it to go back to any time you feel like you need some deep rest.

As this is a fundraiser, I’d be eternally grateful if you liked, commented, and shared this post so I can feed the greedy algorithm and reach as many people as possible!

WHAT THE BLACKBIRD TOLD ME

From the time I was a little girl, I’ve felt a deep connection with the humble blackbird. One of my most tender memories is lying in a meadow at dusk, hands cradled beneath my head, eyes closed, as a chorus of blackbirds sang around me. Their song was so enchanting, it felt like an ecstatic synesthesia—each note transformed into a sweet nectar I could almost taste. Melodies rose like iridescent bubbles on the breeze, delicate and fleeting, and I imagined reaching out to touch them as they floated by.

For over forty years, I’ve listened to blackbirds, and in that time, I’ve become fluent in their language. Yesterday, as I tended to my bird feeders at dusk, I heard the call I wait for every year—the blackbirds announcing that spring is near. It’s a distinct song, one I only hear at this time of year. Sometimes it arrives surprisingly early, other times worryingly late, but this year, as we arrive at Imbolc, it’s come right on time.

There are so many signs of spring. The nights are slowly growing shorter, the light lingers a little longer each evening, and beneath the cold earth, life is beginning to stir. There’s a hum in the air, a quiet awakening, as the sap rises in the trees, whispering that change is on its way. Even as winter still holds us, Imbolc reminds us that spring is inevitable—that even in the coldest, darkest days, the Earth is turning toward warmth and renewal.

This is a potent time to gather, to pause and listen to our own quiet shifts. To honor this season of emergence, I’m holding a Women’s Circle on Saturday, 15th February @elephantroomsdraycott a space to come together, breathe, and reflect. As part of this gathering, we’ll sink into an EcoNIDRA, a deeply restorative guided meditation that invites you to connect with the wisdom of the natural world.

2024: A YEAR OF SITTING WITH HOPE

Every year, as the calendar edges toward its final page, I sit with my ritual of choosing a word for the year ahead. I don’t make New Year’s resolutions or map out grand plans for my “best year yet.” Instead, it’s a quieter, more intuitive process. I reflect on the year gone by, composting what no longer serves me and I listen to my heart as it gently orients me toward a word to companion me through the next cycle.

For 2024, my word was hope. As I look back, I can’t help but feel the cosmos knew exactly what it was doing when it dropped hope into my lap. This year has been one of trials, heartbreak, and being reminded of how to hold steady in the storm.

Sitting with hope isn’t just about feeling hopeful. It isn’t all rainbows, sunsets, or the sacred inhale of a newborn’s first breath. Hope is resolute and battle-worn. It carries the weight of whispered prayers and unanswered questions. It stands its ground, even when the world feels like it’s unraveling.

This year, I turned 50.
This year, I lost my mum.
This year, I watched unspeakable horrors unfold in Palestine and beyond.
This year, I faced an unexpected health challenge that has turned my world upside down.

2024 has been a dark night-of-the-soul kind of year for me but even in the darkest corners, hope has reminded me it’s still there, still holding a light, still whispering, "Not yet, keep going".

Now, as I've blown out the candles on 2024, I’m ready to welcome my word for 2025: Capacity. I feel its pull, its promise, its quiet wisdom but I’ll be bringing hope along for the ride too—because she’s needed, both personally and collectively. She’s been a steadfast ally, and I’m not ready to leave her behind.

Before I sign off, I want to thank you. Thank you for being here this year—for the connections we've made, the messages we've exchanged and the poems we've shared. But, most of all, thank you for your presence. Thank you for sitting in Circle, for connecting in these little squares and for walking alongside me in this ever-unfolding journey.

Whatever 2025 holds for us, may we hold it together

2024 has been a dark night-of-the-soul kind of year for me but even in the darkest corners, hope has reminded me it’s still there, still holding a light, still whispering, "Not yet, keep going".

Now, as I've blown out the candles on 2024, I’m ready to welcome my word for 2025: Capacity. I feel its pull, its promise, its quiet wisdom but I’ll be bringing hope along for the ride too—because she’s needed, both personally and collectively. She’s been a steadfast ally, and I’m not ready to leave her behind.

Before I sign off, I want to thank you. Thank you for being here this year—for the connections we've made, the messages we've exchanged and the poems we've shared. But, most of all, thank you for your presence. Thank you for sitting in Circle, for connecting in these little squares and for walking alongside me in this ever-unfolding journey.

SOLSTICE BLESSINGS ✨

Today, I answered the call of the woods. There's been a pull in my chest, a whisper in my heart, asking me to find a piece of woodland to call home. Though this particular woods lies close to where I live, I'd never ventured into it—until today. There was something about today, the Winter Solstice that felt like the perfect time to go, to introduce myself, and to honour the day with a small ritual.

The woods felt ancient and alive with its own stories. On its edge stands the Hemlock Stone, millions of years old and steeped in local legend. The Druids are said to have held rituals here, and as the wind roared through the trees around me, I could feel the weight of its history and perhaps, the echoes of something sacred.

I made my offering to the earth, a quiet moment of gratitude and connection. And now, I share my offering with you—a favourite poem from my favourite poet, gifted with love and Solstice magic. ✨

Starlings in Winter Mary Oliver

Chunky and noisy,
but with stars in their black feathers,
they spring from the telephone wire
and instantly

they are acrobats
in the freezing wind.
And now, in the theater of air,
they swing over buildings,

dipping and rising;
they float like one stippled star
that opens,
becomes for a moment fragmented,

then closes again;
and you watch
and you try
but you simply can't imagine

how they do it
with no articulated instruction, no pause,
only the silent confirmation
that they are this notable thing,

this wheel of many parts, that can rise and spin
over and over again,
full of gorgeous life.

Ah, world, what lessons you prepare for us,
even in the leafless winter,
even in the ashy city.
I am thinking now
of grief, and of getting past it;

I feel my boots

If you are on my mailing list, you will know that I've been in deep rest mode whilst I've tried to rest my way out of a chronic illness flare that had floored me. Resting isn't something that comes naturally to me, I've always been a striver, a good student, a good worker......you know the story, don't you?!

I’VE BIRTHED SOMETHING NEW INTO THE WORLD

I’ve had some wonderful and generous teachers on my journey so far. Some have met my insatiable desire to learn with their own desire to teach. One such teacher is @circleschoolwithmitle who generously taught me how to hold discernment Circles via her incredible Facilitator training-Gather. Mitle’s teaching style is all about making something your own, encouraging you to infuse your creations with your own unique passions.

And so, Inspired by her teachings, I created The Council Of All Beings, and yesterday I held it in person for the first time.

The Council takes the shape of a circle and invites us to root into the earth, connect with our hearts and dance with the mystery of life.

It’s an ineffable magic – a call to connect with the collective wisdom of all beings and seek guidance on our most pressing concerns.

We met at a secret location in some private woodlands and let the magic unfold.

It was perhaps the most intimate Circle I have ever sat in.

I’m so grateful to the women who accepted my invitation to sit in Council. They came, we were vulnerable together, we embraced the wisdom and the mystery side by side.

It was pure magic ✨

And not only that, we raised £135 for Save The Children in the process.

Thanks to everyone that came and everyone that donated. I genuinely feel humbled by your courage and generosity of spirit.

WHO AM I?

A very long time ago, I was stardust. Through the alchemy of evolutionary biology, several generous dollops of water and some cosmic mycorrhizal networking, I emerged in human form. Born in rural Lincolnshire to a yellow-belly mother and a Spanish father, I was named Charlotte Bone. I thank my lucky stardust for my family, who instilled in me a life-long reverence for the land and our other-than-human kin. To this day, I still call out to sister Hare and set a place at the table for my Blackbird brothers.

There are times when I feel so expansive, I can sense the universe breathing. In these moments, I talk to the stars and the mysteries, some of which have no name yet because they are so mysterious.

Other times, I’m very much a fleshy human-shaped being that is a mother, wife, sister, aunt and friend. Sometimes, I’m more compost heap than human and I tell myself that’s ok too.

After many unfulfilling years living in the wastelands of ‘business as usual’, I finally gathered the courage to set out on my very own heroine's journey. Since then, I’ve slowly been peeling back the layers of conditioning and as I reveal each new layer of myself to myself, I remember who I was always meant to be.

Now, I’m living a life in service to the transformation of consciousness that's needed to shape a different future for ourselves and those who come after us. Or, in other words, no more ‘business as usual’ because that way of living doesn’t serve us, our beautiful planet or our other-than-human kin.

When I dreamt up Long Lost Sisters, I wanted to create what I was seeking: a safe place to land, unravel, reconnect, and remember. Through Circle, I am gradually getting to know the version of myself that was banging on the patio doors of my soul pleading to be set free.

I’m dedicated to creating spaces of sanctuary and (r)evolution for women, so they can embark on their own journeys of unraveling, belonging and becoming.

More than anything, I want to live a life that dances with the mystery and the poetry of it all, I wonder if you feel that way too?

My religion congregates around a fire,
in a cramped room we booked to talk,
in an idling car for way too long,
in someone’s living room,
in the cold,
because there’s more to say and hear.

There is a spark of divinity I know to look for when she says something she’s never said out loud before.

There is a spiritual rumble in the dehydrated voices of women
who aren’t used to saying so much.

When I hear another woman articulate something I’ve never been able to,
that’s the voice of my god speaking to me.

Simply put, it means being fully present for someone without judgment, agenda, or unsolicited advice.

Many women who come along to Circle say they’ve never heard the expression before. As they experience it firsthand, the meaning begins to sink in, they begin to like it and even love it and soon they find themselves incorporating it into their daily lives. They share the concept with family and friends and it spreads, making it quite literally a word-of-mouth movement. They come back to Circle and talk about holding space for their loved ones or colleagues and their experiences mirror my own; holding space for people enriches our lives and preserves everyone’s dignity.

This fills me with hope. If more people practiced holding space for one another, the world would undoubtedly be a better place. Imagine a world where we listen to each other without an agenda or the need to agree or disagree. A world where we accept what is being shared as that person's reality without the need to give or receive validation.

The good news is, In Circle this world already exists. It’s a non-hierarchical world of co-creation and every one of us who sits in this sacred space is individually and collectively adding another piece to the patchwork quilt of the world's renewal.

When we come together to sit in Circle, we’re more than the women present there on that day, we are part of the collective energy of the millions of women across the planet who are reclaiming and rehabilitating their cultural traditions.

We come to Circle to heal and grow and by doing that, we become part of something much bigger. This is a global movement and I’m proud to be part of it because I feel like I’m doing something in service to our ailing world.

THIS IS MY FIGHT SONG

Here I am, sitting in my car, waiting for my daughter. I do some of my best thinking alone in my car; it's my pondering womb.

There's a lot happening in my life right now, all while I'm grieving the loss of my mum. Grief is a wild ride with no shortcuts, and the extra dose of misery I've been dealt is unwelcome and hard to bare.

As I sit here, looking at the selfie I've just taken, I see so much to be proud of. I see a woman who is incredibly resilient, with a fire that can't be extinguished. I see all the times I've been knocked down and marvel at how I've never been knocked out. At 50 years old, I now know I am un-knock-out-able. I reflect on the countless times I've been reduced to ashes, yet I have faith in that tiny, unquenchable spark that reignites my wholeness.

I see a woman who is kind, with a love so big it can't be extinguished, no matter how hard they try. I see a woman willing to embrace discomfort in service of the greater good. I see a woman who has waded through apocalyptic wastelands to arrive in this space, earning every moment of joy and every piece of happiness I now have. I see a woman who has turned her patchwork of scars into something beautiful and fierce.

I see a woman who is finally standing in her power. All of me is mine, every divine and delicious inch of me.

I am a living effigy of post-traumatic growth.

Here I am, sitting in my car, waiting for my daughter. I do some of my best thinking alone in my car; it's my pondering womb.

There's a lot happening in my life right now, all while I'm grieving the loss of my mum. Grief is a wild ride with no shortcuts, and the extra dose of misery I've been dealt is unwelcome and hard to bare.

As I sit here, looking at the selfie I've just taken, I see so much to be proud of. I see a woman who is incredibly resilient, with a fire that can't be extinguished. I see all the times I've been knocked down and marvel at how I've never been knocked out. At 50 years old, I now know I am un-knock-out-able. I reflect on the countless times I've been reduced to ashes, yet I have faith in that tiny, unquenchable spark that reignites my wholeness.

I see a woman who is kind, with a love so big it can't be extinguished, no matter how hard they try. I see a woman willing to embrace discomfort in service of the greater good. I see a woman who has waded through apocalyptic wastelands to arrive in this space, earning every moment of joy and every piece of happiness I now have. I see a woman who has turned her patchwork of scars into something beautiful and fierce.

I see a woman who is finally standing in her power. All of me is mine, every divine and delicious inch of me.

I am a living effigy of post-traumatic growth.

Do you hear me roar???

How much more horror can the Palestinian people have inflicted upon them?

How many more dead children can we witness?

Please use your voice in anyway possible to let those in power know that we will not tire and we will not look away.

SPEECHLESS IN STAPLEFORD

I feel so moved after today’s Circle, that I have tears in my eyes as I write this.

What magic is this? A group of women come together and sit in the shape of a Circle and share what stirs in their hearts.

It sounds so simple.

And it is.

But that doesn’t quite describe what really happens when we come together.

Circle offers us an effervescent reminder of our shared humanity. It calls us to more love and more truth. It tells us that everyone has the right to start somewhere and to keep growing. It reassures us that we don’t have to be a before and after story, that we can have areas of our lives where we’ve got it all together and still have shadowy corners that are painful or complicated
……….and that doesn’t define us.

I feel so grateful for the women who come to my Circle. They are a truly beautiful community of kindred souls.

What a privilege 💚

I’m floating into the weekend feeling like my cup is a full ✨✨✨

We had a lovely walk across #stantonmoorderbyshirepeakdistrict today. Even though we’ve walked on the moor a gazillion times, it didn’t stop us getting lost! We always find our way to the stone Circle but can’t seem to retrace our steps back.

I READ THESE WORDS TODAY AND THEY STOPPED ME IN MY TRACKS

In the few seconds it took to read them, they’d reached inside of me and landed in a very tender spot.

Throughout my life I’ve been told that I’m “too sensitive”, “too weird”, “too wild” and more recently, that I’m “too overweight”. But the “too” I’ve struggled with the most is that I’m too kind. This might sound like virtue signalling, I can ensure you, It’s not.

I’ve had the good fortune to have several small-hearted people in my life over the years. I say good fortune because they’ve been my greatest teachers, but some of them have left their mark.

Buddhism teaches us that life isn’t personal and even though I have spent the past thirty years reading buddhist teachings there is nothing quite as potent as the ‘I—haven’t-got-time-for-this crap-ness’ of mid-life to help you finally grasp the nettle.

Guidance shouldn’t feel like death by a thousand tiny cuts, so I’ve stopped taking their usually-caustic-and-unsolicited-advice personally. Instead, I use their comments as a mirror to see myself in. When they tell me “I know it’s nice to be kind but I think people see you as a doormat” I know my compassion for the world is being noticed.

Compassion has boundaries, it isn’t fawning, it sees the bigger picture and the nuance. It isn’t divisive or exclusionary and it extends to the more than human world. A Compassion practice can start by extending outwards but the holy grail is self-compassion. It’s not easy, in reality, it’s incredibly hard but the ripple effects it will have on your life are exponential.

Having a big heart can make other people feel threatened, that’s been my experience anyway.

So, I’m just going to carry on wishing them well, kissing them sweetly on the forehead and hoping that they discover the power of compassion and self-compassion for themselves one day.

So, here’s to you my big-hearted 'too-much' Sisters 🥂May you always be guided by your glorious expansive hearts.

THE COLLECTIVE FEMININE AWAKENING

I came to my feminine awakening by way of a timely cosmic shove. It was a shove and not a nudge because I look back now and realise I’ve been given a thousand nudges along the way and I didn't pay attention to any of them.

It was a bit like one of those two pence slot machines you find in amusement arcades; you know the ones where you drop two pence in and there is a shelf that glides back and forth with a gazillion two pee’s haphazardly piled on top of each other. All it takes is one well-timed coin to upset the balance and hey-presto you’ve won the two-pence jackpot

My jackpot came by way of my first experience of Yoga Nidra. It was a tipping point and from that moment, everything cascaded down. A door opened, I walked through it and here I am living a very different life. A life that is in service to the collective feminine awakening.

To walk the path of awakening means reclaiming your inherent worth and power as a woman and breaking free from societal expectations. It’s both a personal and collective journey where we reconnect with aspects of our femininity that may have been lost, suppressed or undervalued.

Most of all, It’a an invitation to reclaim your truest and wildest self.

This is what we dance with in Circle; a personal and collective reclamation of all that we are and everything we are yet to be.
